When will my order ship? Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

• Free Shipping to the UK & Europe: 8-20 business days. (Please note: Most orders arrive much faster, usually within 6-12 business days, but we state the maximum delivery window to account for any unexpected custom delays).

• International Shipping (Rest of World): 8-20 business days (flat-rate shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay).

Customs, duties and import charges (UK & international orders) Orders are shipped from outside the United Kingdom. Depending on the value of your order, local customs authorities may apply import VAT or duty on arrival, which is not included in our product prices or shipping cost and is the responsibility of the customer. Any such charges are set by customs authorities and we have no control over them. If you refuse a parcel due to customs charges, any return shipping and customs costs will be deducted from your refund.

Can I cancel my order? Yes — orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. Email us at support@varexhq.com with the subject line "CANCEL" and your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but UK and EU customers retain their statutory 14-day cancellation right — see our Refund Policy for details.

I entered the wrong address Reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address as soon as possible. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can usually correct it before it ships.

My item arrived damaged Every order ships with protective packaging, but damage can occasionally happen in transit. If this happens, email support@varexhq.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
