Gift Card Terms

These terms apply to the purchase and use of the Varex HQ Digital Gift Card ("Gift Card").

Delivery

Gift Cards are digital and delivered by email, either to your own email address or to a recipient's email address you provide, typically within minutes of purchase.

Value and Redemption

Gift Cards can be redeemed for products on varexhq.com up to their full value. Partial redemptions retain the remaining balance on the Gift Card for future use.

No Cash Value

Gift Cards have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned once delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Expiry

Gift Cards do not expire, unless a shorter validity period is required by law in your jurisdiction.

Loss, Theft, and Recipient Responsibility

Once a Gift Card has been delivered, to you or to a recipient you nominate, responsibility for keeping the Gift Card code safe passes to the holder of that email. We are not liable for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or redeemed by someone other than the intended recipient after delivery, except where the loss results from our error.

Your Cancellation Rights

Because this Gift Card is digital content delivered immediately by email, purchasing it means you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose your 14-day right to cancel that purchase, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Recipient's Personal Data

If you send a Gift Card to someone else, we use the recipient's name, email address, and any message you provide solely to deliver the Gift Card to them.
